Navigating a variety of media, from images, film and clips of music, the Hysterical Mining evening with … Thomas Edlinger promises to take audience members on a pop-culture journey. While prominently addressing feminism and technology, he will draw alignments to artistic, political and social concerns, raising personal thoughts, inspirations and current research. Expect a miscellaneous, informal presentation where Edlinger decides how to bring the audience along the hysterical mines of their minds and beyond! (In German)
Thomas Edlinger has been the Artistic Director of the Donaufestival in Krems since 2017. He is an author, and widely known as a radio and culture journalist (Fm4 – Im Sumpf, Ö1), as well as a lecturer at the University of Applied Arts Vienna, and the curator of theory at the Tanzquartier Wien.
