Usually a game would be considered as a setting where all of the rules in place are transparent to all participants. What happens if rules are spontaneously added, deliberately confusing, or misunderstood? Thinking of how games, social conventions or traffic regulations frame behaviour, can the protocols that are imposed on us by technological or smart devices be considered to similarly shape and norm subjectivities?
The workshop takes place in the framework of the Community College Black Box Issues project week.
