Stinking Dawn is an exhibition in the form of a production process for a full-length feature film by Gelatin and Liam Gillick. It is a collaboratively developed and improvised experimental film, which explores the limits of human tolerance in the face of oppression, political crisis and excessive self-deception. Shot in situ and partly as a public performance during the first ten days, the film will be edited during the remaining time of the exhibition while the eclectic modular stage continues to be on view, together with a succession of sequences reflecting the process-based quality of the film.
