Join a guided tour to get an overview of the exhibition Diego Marcon. La Gola
Diego Marcon’s works draw on different cinematic vocabularies, shifting between genres from musicals to melodrama; from horror to slapstick comedy. La Gola (2024) is structured by a series of letters between two correspondents, Gianni and Rosanna, who are each absorbed in their own narrative. The film moves between the poetic and the revolting as Gianni describes the successive courses of an exquisite banquet while Rosanna chronicles the progressive decline of her mother’s health. Produced in partnership with Centre d’Art Contemporain Genève and Kunstverein in Hamburg, its presentation is Marcon’s first solo exhibition in Austria
