As part of its displaying knowledge series, the schnittpunkt network invites to discuss the exhibition Space for Kids. It’s Your Mo(nu)ment! : Which methods and tools are used to encourage participation of young visitors? What are the potentials of an interactive and dynamic exhibition format? What role do decisions concerning the design play? What role do the art works play? How can the claim to raise awareness regarding racism, discrimination, and colonial pasts be translated into an exhibition format for young visitors? What are the interfaces between curatorial work and art education?

In combination with an exhibition visit, schnittpunkt explores these and other questions together with the art educators/curators Andrea Hubin and Michael Simku.
