stARTcamp Vienna 2018

"Engage your Audience" is the motto of this year’s stARTcamp Vienna. For the fifth time now, social media representatives, agencies, artists, app developers and communication experts will gather to discuss topics related to social media in the field of art and culture.

Engagement or interaction? Exchanging concepts and topics the participants will pursue the premise whether it is enough for institutions to generate as many fans and followers as possible, or if it is actually the relationship maintained with users or visitors that is more significant.

In interactive sessions Christian Henner-Fehr, cultural advisor, and Anne Aschenbrenner, cultural journalist and expert for digital communication in the field of culture, examine whether building a community is necessary and if so, how apps and chatbots can help to accomplish this.
