As part of Wiener Töchtertag 2026, students will get exciting insights into the behind-the-scenes workings of Kunsthalle Wien.
How is an exhibition created? What professions are needed to make an exhibition happen? Who selects the artworks – and how do they actually make their way into the exhibition space? During an exclusive guided tour, participants will be able to visit the workshops of Kunsthalle Wien and also have the opportunity to speak directly with staff members and learn more about their diverse roles.
This will be followed by Circle Talk – Come into the circle! with Vivos Tanzmeister. Inspired by street dance and hip-hop culture – where everyone comes together in a circle in the cypher – we will create a space for talking, listening and connecting. No pressure to perform. No stage. Just us in a circle – time to arrive, share and be. The event will conclude with an open dance jam featuring hip-hop and house beats. You can dance, groove or simply enjoy the energy.
