ORF Long Night of Museums

On Saturday, October 5th, the Long Night of Museums takes place all over Austria. Museums and galleries open their doors from 6 pm to 1 am for night owls with an interest in culture.

Tickets are available at all participating museums and cultural institutions as well as at tickets.ORF.at.

6:30 – 8 pm Kids’ Workshop The Crazy Robot RaceAt the Kunsthalle Wien robots are waiting for you to build the most creative, colourful, coolest and craziest robot racing track. Be inspired by the artistic works in the exhibition and join in in creating a trail for the wild robot gang!

8 – 9 pm Guided Tour The Languages of ThingsIn the thematic overview tour through the exhibition Hysterical Mining you will learn how contemporary artists interpret and use the new world of technology.

9 – 10 pm Music Performance sensea[r]tion N°1: Art.Hearing.SeeingThe musicians Eva Prosek and Simon Öggl present an interdisciplinary live music performance in the exhibition. More...
