Community College EXCURSIONInitiated by Ursula Gaisbauer with guests and residents
A stroll through the Rosental allotment grounds, which is the oldest gardening association in Vienna, will guide us to the association’s club house and into its attic which holds the archive of the association. We will pass by the shelter hut [Schutzhaus], and walk from there to the garden fence of a dedicated garden holder. Afterwards, we’ll have a barbecue and the artist Elisabeth Falkinger will tell us about her journey with a tractor from Theresiental to Upper Austria following the path that Upper Austrian settlers took during the time of Empress Maria Theresia.
Limited admission. Please register in advance and include your dietary requirements: community.college@kunsthallewien.at
The exact meeting point in Ottakring will be communicated in the course of registration.
