Parko: Film-Brunch & Guided Tour
The documentary film Parko portrays the occupation and transformation of a former parking lot in the heart of Athens into a park, which is managed as a commons. The film follows the development of the park and shows how the activists stand up to the everyday miseries of austerity policy with this place of celebration, exchange and refuge.
After the Screening we will host a talk with Christina Condak and Peter Leeb, two Viennese activists from FRISCH - Freiraum Initiative Schmelz.
