For a long time a range of initiatives in Vienna has been working on questions of living together in diverse contexts. On five Mondays, the Community College invites guests to present their engagement, to exchange strategies and to connect with each other and with the visitors.
On 2/10 we will reflect on the conditions and limits of an urban utopia: Living together without power and oppression? The neolithic revolution as the starting point of hierarchical social structures? Nutrition sovereignty β a step towards equally and freely shared commons? How do the structures of a society relate to its agricultural practices and its habits of food consumption?
Following three controversial approaches to the topic of food/food production the event aims to look at our eating habits and their effects on culture and society.
Mon 19/6, 17/7, 11/9, 25/9, 2/10, 5 pm
